Fall Student Convocation
Fall 2026 Student Convocation is Thursday, August 27th
Convocation Day marks the official start of your journey at Baruch College. It’s not just an event—it’s the beginning of your transformational experience where you’ll be formally inducted into the college community. This day is filled with opportunities to connect with college leaders, meet classmates, and engage in activities that set the tone for your success.
For First-Year Students:
Convocation Day is a mandatory event that aligns with your First Year Seminar (FYS 1000). It’s your official welcome to Baruch, offering you a introduction to college life and a chance to bond with your cohort.
For Transfer Students:
You are warmly invited to join Convocation Day to get acquainted with the Baruch community. Participation is optional but highly encouraged as it offers a valuable opportunity to connect with the campus and its vibrant culture. Please RSVP via this link, and we will inform you of your specific room assignment based on your response.
