Dr. Dilchert is the Academic Director of the Zicklin School of Business Executive MBA Program and also served as Academic Director of the school’s Executive Master’s in Human Resource Management for the last 7 years. His research focuses on the influence of human capital characteristics (such as personality and intelligence) on employee job performance – including creativity and counterproductivity. In his applied work, he has developed assessments and designed staffing and feedback systems for some of the world's most admired organizations and has worked with multinational corporations (P&G, MetLife, Otis, DHL), government agencies (Department of Justice, State of California), as well as international and local NGOs and nonprofit organizations (United Nations, Disability Rights Advocates, Twin Cities Rise).
