Jaclyn Novak-Lutz is a Lecturer at Baruch College within the Department of Communication Studies. She has been teaching at the college level since the fall of 2017 and joined Baruch College in the fall of 2020. Jaclyn aims to foster engaging classroom climates where students feel comfortable and confident sharing their ideas and experiences. She enjoys assisting students in developing their professional and interpersonal communication skills.

Academically, Jaclyn has a Bachelor of Art in Communication Studies from East Stroudsburg University, a Master of Science in Technical Communication from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and most recently a Graduate Certificate in Communication Studies from Indiana University.

At Baruch College, Jaclyn instructs courses in Business Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Conflict Resolution, and First Year Seminar. Since January of 2023, Jaclyn has instructed Public Speaking at the New York City College of Technology as an Adjunct Lecturer.
