In 2020, served as a Weissman mentor, helping other faculty adjust their classes to the remote environment during the pandemic; served as informal mentor to many of his students and colleagues. Conceived of, helped launch, and served in the adjunct faculty mentoring program in the English department, which has offered crucial resources to individuals going on the job market, while also helping to build relationships and community for adjunct faculty.
