Anna Godollei

Dr. Anna F. Gödöllei is an Assistant Professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology in the Department of Psychology at Baruch College and a member of the Doctoral Faculty in The Psychology Program at CUNY’s Graduate Centre. She received her Ph.D. in I/O Psychology at the University of Waterloo and her M.S. in I/O Psychology from the University of Calgary. Her research focuses on two main areas: (1) uncovering the psychological impact of technology-driven changes at work, and (2) illuminating the role of employees’ phenomenological experience in their self-regulatory processes. 

Dr. Gödöllei’s work has been published in outlets such as Journal of Vocational Behavior, Applied Psychology, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Computers in Human Behavior Reports, and Human Performance. She collaborates internationally with scholars from Canada, Australia, and the United States, and her scholarship has earned numerous awards, in excess of $180,000, from agencies such as AoM, SIOP, and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC).
