The Endeavour Scholarships and Fellowships are the Australian Government’s internationally competitive, merit-based scholarship program that provides grants for study, research or professional development opportunities between Australia and the world. The program builds Australia’s reputation for excellence in education, supports the internationalization of the Australian higher education and research sectors, and offers high-achieving individuals opportunities to increase their knowledge and expertise in their field.

Endeavour Postgraduate Scholarship provides up to AU $272,500 for eligible non-Australians, including Americans and Canadians, to undertake a postgraduate qualification at a Masters or PhD level either by coursework or research in any field in Australia for up to four (4) years.
Endeavour Research Fellowships provides up to AU $24,500 for American and Canadian postgraduate research students and postdoctoral researchers to undertake 4-6 months of research in Australia.

Endeavour Executive Fellowship provides up to AU $18,500 professional development opportunities of (1 to 4 months) for high achievers in business, industry, education or government from eligible participating countries.

Award / Eligibility Details:

Applicants must be aged 18 years or over at the commencement of their program; be a citizen and/or permanent resident of a participating country; and commence their proposed program after January 1 and no later than November 30 of the year following the time of application. Applicants who have already commenced or will commence their intended program prior to that are not eligible to apply. Previous recipients of an Australian Government sponsored scholarship and/or fellowship (directly administered to recipients by the Australian Government) or an Endeavour scholarship or fellowship in the same category are not eligible to apply.
