Requesting Access to Coursedog Events
To gain access to CourseDog Events, (CDE), CUNY requires an approved form to be submitted for each individual. For most forms, the approval process for a role in CUNYfirst is as follows
- The requester will download the CUNY Coursedog User Access Request Form and complete the employee information section. The confidentiality agreement code must be included on the form.
- Important: be sure to check-off the correct access as either EventRequestor or EventManager.

- The requester will provide the form to their manager.
- The manager will complete the managerial approval section and sign the completed form.
- The form will have to be attached to a ServiceNow (https://cunyithelp.cuny.edu/csp) ticket.
- To create a ServiceNow ticket, select Catalog from the heading of the CUNY IT Help page
- On the left-sided Categories menu, select:
- Baruch College Catalog,
- Baruch Requests,
- Baruch Requests for Faculty/Staff
- Select the item ‘Baruch Faculty/Staff – Application Access’ from the Faculty/Staff list
- Fill out the Application Access form:
- In the Category drop-down field, select: ‘CUNY App’
- In the Subcategory drop-down field, select: ‘CourseDog Events’
- Attach your completed ‘CUNY Coursedog User Access Request Form’
- Submit your Application Access form
