Roslynn Bryant graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1993 as salutatorian of her class. She accepted a full five-year scholarship at Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia to earn her BS/MS in Mathematics. During her matriculation, she participated in two summer internships at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the Industrial Engineering Department. The topics of her research were: Optimizing an American call option and Optimizing an M/M/1 Queue. Roslynn graduated in 1998 with highest honors. In 2000, She began her teaching career at Lovejoy High School in Georgia teaching Algebra 1 and Informal Geometry. In 2001, she began teaching as a mathematics professor at Bauder College in Atlanta, Georgia. She taught there for eleven years and was awarded the Faculty Excellence Award. In 2005, she was chosen to present at the Long Island Mathematics Conference at SUNY Old Westbury.  She spoke on the topic, "Empowering Students to Overcome the Mathematical Challenge."  In 2012, she relocated back to New York and began teaching as an adjunct lecturer at Baruch College in the Mathematics Department. In 2021, she was nominated for the Presidential Award for Excellence in Teaching. In Spring 2025, she was promoted to the position of Subsitute Lecturer.
