Richard Melville, Managing Editor for American Banker magazine serves as the panel moderator.

Richard D. Manning, University Professor at Rochester Institue of Technology and author of Credit Card Nation makes a persentation, as does Tamara Drout, Director of the Economic Opportunity Program at DEMOS, a nonpartisan public policy organization.

Discussion follows the presentations.
