Baruch Computing and Technology Center (BCTC)
- Blackboard CUNY Wide Log-In Issue
PLEASE BE AWARE: Some students and Faculty may not be able to log into Blackboard. This is currently a CUNY-Wide issue with some students and faculty not being able to access Blackboard across all CUNY institutions. CUNY Central is aware of the issue, and is rapidly working on a resolution. If you are experiencing this issue, please contact the Helpdesk at 646-312-1010 so that a service ticket may be opened with CUNY Central.
Change to Blackboard Login Method
Students, Faculty, and Staff will log in to Blackboard using their CUNYfirst username (followed by @login.cuny.edu) and CUNYfirst password instead of your regular Blackboard credentials. The process of accessing Blackboard will otherwise be the same.
EXAMPLE: If your CUNYfirst Username is George.Washington76, you would add @login.cuny.edu to the end of the username so it looks like: George.Washington76@login.cuny.edu. After that, enter in your CUNYfirst password as you normally would to complete the login process to Blackboard
Blackboard - Course Size Limits
In order to manage Blackboard course size efficiently, the CUNY Central Blackboard Steering Committee has implemented a course size limit policy. Click the following link for more information: http://www.baruch.cuny.edu/bctc/intech/course_size.htm
