    Medical and Dental School Acceptance Statistics

    From 2011-2020, 107 of our students have had committee letters written for them.  104 of these letters accompanied medical or dental school applications.

    From 2011-2020, Baruch’s Department of Natural Science’s first-time acceptance rate is 68% (71/104; for students who received a committee letter; includes both dental and medical schools).

    The national average of first-time acceptance rate to medical schools is 43% (2012-2018; from https://www.brown.edu/academics/college/advising/health-careers/medical-admission-data-snapshot) (First-time acceptance rate to dental schools is a bit higher, but under 50%.)
