FIFTIETH COMMENCEMENT EXERCISES
Wednesday, June 3, 2015
You must file an Application for Graduation form
with the Registrar's Office by Friday, March 6, 2015 in order to be eligible
to graduate and for your name to appear in the commencement
program. Only an official notification from the Registrar's
Office should be accepted as a definitive statement of your graduation. Receipt
of a commencement letter from Student Life does not signify that
you have fulfilled all your academic requirements and does not
indicate that you are eligible to graduate.
The deadline for ordering cap and gown online is .
To order your cap and gown and guest tickets, please submit the Commencement
Student Order Form. The deadline to complete the order online is Tuesday, April 14, 2015.
If you missed the ordering deadline, you can still purchase your cap and gown in person on distribution days (see below). Please fill out the Commencement Student Order Form to request tickets, but know that your order is not complete and your tickets not confirmed until you have purchased your cap and gown. You must go directly to NVC 2-125 to pay for your cap and gown, between the hours of 11:00am and 7:00pm on Tuesday, May 19th and Wednesday, May 20th, 2015.
TIME & PLACE
Baruch College will hold its Fiftieth Commencement Exercises on Wednesday,
June 3, 2015 at Barclays Center at 620 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn.
There will be one commencement ceremony at 10:00 a.m., with both undergraduates and graduates at the ceremony.
CAPS & GOWNS
Participants in the Commencement Exercises must wear appropriate
academic attire. To order academic attire, please complete the Commencement
Student Order Form.
STUDENTS: Be sure to indicate which degree you are receiving
(Undergrads - BA, BBA or BS; Grads - MA, MBA, MPA, MS, etc.).
Measure your height while wearing heels of the same height that
you will wear to the exercises. The

The entire academic attire is yours to keep. If for any reason
you choose not to attend the ceremony, you may make a
written request for a refund to firstname.lastname@example.org by
May 1, 2015. (Note:
requests for refunds will NOT be honored after Commencement. Any academic attire that is not picked up on the day of Commencement is returned to the manufacturer at the end of the day.)

be made online in the amounts below.
Undergrads (Bachelors): $51.00 + tax
Grads (Masters): $54.00 + tax
DISTRIBUTION: Caps and gowns will be distributed in the Newman
Vertical Campus, Multipurpose Room 1-107, on:
Tuesday, May 19 between 11:00 a.m. and
7:00 p.m., and on
Wednesday, May 20 between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00
Photo ID is required. These are the only hours for Cap & Gown
you cannot pick up your cap & gown during the above hours,
you may have a friend or relative do so with a note authorizing
them to receive your academic attire, along with a photocopy of your
Faculty, please go to the Faculty
Tickets for admission to the Commencement Exercises are limited to guests of graduates in the academic procession. Each graduate will receive four (4) guest tickets for orders completed by April 14, 2015. If there are extra tickets after the initial distribution has been completed, these tickets will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis on Friday, May 22nd, starting at 10:00 a.m.
DISTRIBUTION: Tickets will be distributed in the Newman Vertical
Campus, Multipurpose Room 1-107 on Tuesday, May 19 and Wednesday, May
20 during the same hours as cap & gown distribution (11 a.m. to 7 p.m.).
Photo ID is required. If you cannot pick up your tickets during
the above hours, follow the procedures described for cap & gown
2015 LEXICON YEARBOOK
The 2015 Lexicon Yearbook will be distributed to all students who have preordered the book on Tuesday, May 19th and Wednesday, May 20th between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. in the Newman Vertical Campus, Multipurpose Room (1-107). You can order the 2015 Lexicon Yearbook online.
