Manage Your Appointments (AdvisorTrac)



To protect students and staff, SACC services are currently online. All services are coordinated through AdvisorTrac. You can use AdvisorTrac to make and cancel appointments, to check your schedule of upcoming appointments, and access your online sessions when it’s time for them to begin.  Use the written instructions and video tutorials below to learn how to use AdvisorTrac, then when you’re ready, access the system here:

To enter your online session, log on to AdvisorTrac, find the appointment on your list of upcoming appointments, and click on the blue button that says Enter Zoom Appointment.  The button appears 15 minutes before start time.  You may have to refresh your screen to see it.

Session Recordings

Online sessions are recorded for the purposes of supervision and training.  For reasons of privacy and compliance, SACC does not make session recordings available for anything other than one-on-one tutoring, which are shared upon request of the student and at the discretion of the tutor.
