Recruiting at Baruch
Baruch College provides extensive career guidance services for current students and alumni through our award-winning Starr Career Development Center. The College also offers students other opportunities to meet with prospective employers on campus through our on-campus career fairs. Each year, dozens of high-profile organizations from New York City’s financial, media, retail, government, and non-profit sectors attend our recruitment events.
Baruch College is a member of the Central Intelligence Agency’s (CIA) Signature Schools program to facilitate opportunities for Baruch students, particularly underrepresented minority students, to learn about and consider pursuing careers with the CIA.
