    Recruiting at Baruch

Baruch College provides extensive career guidance services for current students and alumni through our award-winning Starr Career Development Center. The College also offers students other opportunities to meet with prospective employers on campus through our on-campus career fairs. Each year, dozens of high-profile organizations from New York City’s financial, media, retail, government, and non-profit sectors attend our recruitment events.

Baruch College is a member of the Central Intelligence Agency’s (CIA) Signature Schools program to facilitate opportunities for Baruch students, particularly underrepresented minority students, to learn about and consider pursuing careers with the CIA. The CIA offers a myriad of professional positions that include hundreds of analyst positions. Read the Memorandum of Understanding to learn more.
