The seminar will discuss:

  1. How nonprofits are creating long-term change in systemic inequities by engaging constituents as leaders
  2. How service organizations are integrating social change models into their work through participant engagement
  3. What some challenges are in changing the bigger systems that shape participants’ lives, and why this work matter
