All Day The Landmarks of New York Exhibition (Multi-Day Event)
The Sidney Mishkin Gallery at Baruch College presents 
The Landmarks of New York
November 7 to December 10th.

With 90 black and white photographs, this exhibition documents buildings dating from the 1620s through the 1980s – from the idiosyncratic to the iconic. Among the buildings featured in the exhibition are such recognizable landmarks as the Flatiron Building.

Mounted in conjunction with the publication of the book, The Landmarks of New York, V, by author and curator, Barbaralee Diamonstein-Spielvogel, the exhibition spans 400 years of New York City history and celebrates the New York City Landmarks Law.

Gallery hours are:
Monday – Friday, 12 noon – 5 p.m.
Thursdays, 12 noon – 7 p.m.
All exhibitions at the gallery are free and open to the public.

The various sources of debt financing will be reviewed at this session. The role of the Small Business Administration (SBA) in debt financing will also be discussed.

This event seeks to educate the Baruch student body about ovarian cancer while entertaining guests with a friendly competition. Participants will be competing in three rounds - name your talent, sweet talker and a surprise finale round! There will be a $100 VISA Gift card for the first place winner and a $50 VISA gift card for the second place winner. We will also be joined by a special guest speaker from the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition as well as an ovarian cancer survivor! The event will be free but we will be taking donations to donate to the NOCC. There will also be free food available!

Presented by the Folksbiene in 1928, this classic comedy The Lottery or Dos Groyse Gevins written by Sholem Aleichem in 1916 follows the rise and fall of the fortunes of master tailor Shimele Soroker, who wins the lottery: 200,000 Russian roubles.
