Event Description:

The New York Piano Society (NYPS) is proud to announce it’s Annual Holiday Concert for the 2014-2015 season. The concert will take place at the Baruch Performing Arts Center on December 13th, 2014 at 7:30pm, with a reception to follow.

The New York Piano Society, Inc., is a non-profit organization dedicated to discovering and developing talented pianists whose primary profession, or field of study, is in a non-musical area.

NYPS presents gifted pianists from diverse professions (doctors, lawyers, architects, policemen) and cultivates their musical development through public recitals.

This year’s Annual Holiday Concert will feature distinguished guest artist, world-renowned violinist, Benjamin Beilman. He is the recipient of a 2014 Borletti-Buitoni Trust Fellowship as well as a 2012 Avery Fisher Career Grant and a 2012 London Music Masters Award.

Admission to New York Piano Society’s Annual Holiday Concert is free with an encouraged, tax- deductible donation, and a reception will follow.
