Event Description:
Both the areas of Organizational Development and Organizational Learning requires continuous improvement for ourselves, our teams, and our organizations. Much of that improvement centers on productivity: increase flow, reduce cycle time, cut down friction, take the air out of the system, etc. This interactive discussion will start with a brief touch on OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), an increasingly popular goal-setting system. Matthieu Cornillon, an Agile Coach at Amplify, a Brooklyn-based education technology company will be leading this discussion.
