Lectura: Nueva York, Imaginación y escritra en la obra de Isolina Ferré y Julia de Burgos. ​(NOTE: The lecture is in Spanish, with Q&A in English.)

Free & open to the public.

Dr. Carmen Dolores Hernández is a scholar and journalist. She holds a Ph.D. in Spanish Literature from the University of Puerto Rico and has been reviewing books for Puerto Rico's El Nuevo Día newspaper since 1981. She has published several books including, Ricardo Alegría. Una vida (San Juan: Plaza Mayor, 2002) and A Viva Voz. Entrevistas a escritores puertorriqueños (San Juan: Grupo Editorial Norma, 2007). She has recently published En busca de Isolina.
