    Arts & Sciences

Weissman students build a strong educational foundation drawing from a broad range of courses in English, history, fine arts, psychology, journalism, communications, mathematics, natural sciences, Black and Latino studies, and many more.  These courses are taught by our award-winning faculty who are dedicated to helping students succeed.

Our students gain real-world experience through internships, field work, and lab research opportunities. They have the opportunity to meet with leading experts and visiting artists at a robust roster of events held year-round by Baruch’s Mishkin Gallery, New Media Artspace, Harman Writers Program, the Baruch Performing Arts Center (BPAC), and our climate action speaker series.

Weissman offers graduate degree programs that are among the best in the country.

Located in the heart of Manhattan, The Weissman School of Arts and Sciences is Baruch College’s hidden gem, offering academic excellence, diversity, and affordability — all at once.
