The Department of Mathematics
Professor Wong received his doctorate in mathematics at the University of California at Berkeley, California. He taught as a lecturer at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Professor Wong's principal interest is in the field of dynamical systems, in particular, the geometric properties of numerical algorithms. His other interests are in the probabilistic properties (or the ergodic properties) of such algorithms and in the applications of dynamical systems.
