Very few leaders seem fully equipped to become the CEO of a nonprofit organization, regardless of their previous experience. Are you prepared?
In a period of rapid turnover of top managers and increased uncertainty among nonprofit organizations, The Great Leaders Program is designed to produce knowledgeable, tested leaders who aspire be nonprofit CEOs and C-suite staff with the knowledge, skills, and perspectives necessary to perform with competence and confidence in leading nonprofit organizations.
The Great Leaders Program is the first-of-its-kind in the nation. By completing this transformative educational experience, participants will have a significant advantage over their peers in competing for CEO positions and in fulfilling CEO and top management team responsibilities.
The Marxe School's faculty is among the largest that is devoted to nonprofit organization studies of any university in the country and includes the nationally-recognized Center for Nonprofit Strategy and Management. It was here that the first course in nonprofit management in an accredited school of business or public administration was taught over 40 years ago. The carefully selected faculty for The Great Leaders Program will be drawn from the full-time Marxe faculty and also from exceptional nonprofit executives working in the New York area.
