Emily Seamone, Career and Work Life Consultant | Women, Work, and Life Strategic Volunteering: How to Make the Most of Your Volunteer Experiences:

Many of us seek volunteer opportunities because we want to help communities, organizations, and people with needs. However, we do not often consider how these experiences can also assist us with our career goals, whether we are hoping to develop new skills, make new connections, transition into a different career field, get back into the workplace, or fill gaps on a resume. Join this workshop to learn more about strategic volunteering and its benefits, how to find the right opportunities, and how to best leverage your volunteer experiences to positively impact your career.
