Event Description
This course examines the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary to enter the world of basic real estate investing. Topics covered include an overview of different real estate investment property types, relevant laws surrounding each, financing options and special concerns for investors and landlords. Students will further enhance their skills by utilizing case studies to examine the details of typical investment scenarios.
