Joseph Telushkin is an author of many books on Jewish theology, philosophy, and history, including the acclaimed interactive historical text, The Golden Land: The Story of Jewish Immigration to America (Harmony Books). Named one of the “50 best speakers in the U.S.” by Talk Magazine, Rabbi Telushkin joins us for an in-depth discussion on early Eastern European immigration to the U.S. and settlement in NYC’s Lower East Side.
