This seminar will provide entrepreneurs a tool for assessing their own resource needs, information and insights on how to fulfill those needs. Participants are introduced to the Entrepreneurial Needs Diagnostic Matrix, which helps entrepreneurs understand the resources actually needed to successfully run a business and the obstacles one faces in getting and using those resources.
