Event Description
This course focuses on and provides all the skills necessary to pursue a career as a title closer or notary signing agent. Students will learn the origins and importance of title insurance drafting and review of closing documents, clearing and disposition of title abstract and exceptions, testing to acquire a notary license and all skills needed to attend and close on behalf of a title insurance company.

Course dates: 3/16 - 3/23.
