The Brazilian group Trio Da Paz is known for their daring improvisations and dazzling rhythms. Ben Ratliff of the NY Times compared their sound to Baden Powell’s of the later Bossa Nova era of the mid-1960’s. They have 6 critically-acclaimed albums and have recorded and performed with legendaries such as Charlie Byrd and Kenny Barron.
