Students who earn the MS degree in real estate complete a 30-credit curriculum consisting of 18 credits (six courses) of required study and 12 credits (four courses) of elective study. An MS and MBA program are offered through the Department of Real Estate. The MBA provides students with a broad set of management skills, as well as some advanced knowledge in real estate. It is a generalist program. The MS is for students who have decided on a career in real estate as a high-level manager, analyst, or real estate entrepreneur. This program provides training in the use of advanced analytical tools and cutting-edge knowledge as applied to real estate fields. It is a specialist program.
