The Baruch College calendar is used as a central location for marketing Baruch College events, as well as for the management of facilities for both public and private events.
Request for access to the calendar for the publishing of events or the management of space can be sent by unit or department head to the BCTC Help Desk. The request will be coordinated with the Office of Communications and Marketing (OCM). OCM will confirm the request and review proper user of the calendar service with the calendar administrator. Training on , Marketing and Public Relations, and the BCTC will provide training on the use of the calendar software will then be provided to the calendar administator by the BCTCadministrator.

If you are a calendar administrator and you'd like to practice using the service, the Baruch College test calendar is available at http://www.baruch.cuny.edu/calendartest/. This test calendar is only available from on campus.
