The Baruch College calendar is used as a central location for marketing Baruch College events, as well as for the management of facilities for both public and private events.
Request for access to the calendar for the publishing of events or the management of space can be sent by unit or department head to the BCTC Help Desk. The request will be coordinated with the Office of Communications, Marketing and Public Relations, and the BCTC will provide training on the use of the calendar software to the calendar administrator.

If you are a calendar administrator and you'd like to practice using the service, the Baruch College test calendar is available at http://www.baruch.cuny.edu/calendartest/. This test calendar is only available from on campus.
