Donna Haggarty in College Advancement needs the following information regarding students in the Zicklin School's CIS program:

For undergraduate ISS (information systems and statistics) majors
1. Baruch GPA - If they declared a major in ZSB, they had to have a GPA that met the minimum requirement.
2. Race/Ethnicity
3.An indicator of family income or economic status.

For master's degree students in ISS
1. Undergraduate GPA
2. Previous degree/major
3. Race/Ethnicity

 Approval of Thoughts/Discussion

• Agreed on to provide the file with separate tabs of ethnicity/race, cumulative GPA, major/plan and presented to Arthur for a review
• Both Graduate and Undergraduate reports will be presented separately to Arthur

Next steps

• Arthur will communicate with Jacob to clarify an indicator of family income or economic status in CUNYfirst
• All data much be verified by Registrar and Financial Aid as they are the data owner
