The Mishkin, with the support of the Weismann School of Arts and Sciences at Baruch College, presents exhibitions and public programs dedicated to education and advancing the understanding of modern and contemporary art, interdisciplinary cultural activity and innovative artistic practice from around the world.
Located on the ground floor of Baruch's Administrative Center at 135 East 22nd Street, the Mishkin supports the College’s mission in cultivating critical thinking and ethical sensibility with programs that foster engagement, cross-departmental collaboration, and exchange at local and international levels. Extending Baruch beyond its campus, the Mishkin promotes projects by artists and intellectuals who demonstrate how and why creative practice is a crucial force in nurturing diversity, tolerance and shaping culture.
