Student Conduct

STUDENT CONDUCT OVERVIEW

The Dean of Students Office is responsible for providing a fair and educationally based system for administering the University’s Student Conduct system.  This helps to create a safe, welcoming, and equitable campus community for all students.  The process for responding to alleged violations of the Baruch Code of Conduct is outlined in the CUNY Bylaws, Article XV. (link)  The following pages provide information for students to understand more fully these practices.
