Baruch College provides numerous ways to verify your enrollment/degree- find what works for you.
Baruch College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide secure access to your enrollment and degree history. Currently enrolled student can view and print a certification of attendance by following these easy steps.
The following options are available by accessing the National Student Clearinghouse link or web site: Clearinghouse Student Self-Service Site
- Current or previous terms enrollment verifications
- Student loan deferment verifications
- Specific information regarding your student loan(s)
Enrollment verification letter provided by the National Student Clearinghouse can be presented to health insurance agencies, housing authorities, consumer product companies, banks, employers etc

Current or former students can also request an enrollment verification letter : in person by stopping by the Office of the Registrar.

Request from Third Party Organizations:
Third-party organizations (employers, insurance companies, loans, scholarships and other agencies) who need to confirm enrollment or degree information must contact the National Student Clearinghouse.
The National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) has been authorized to act as our agent for enrollment verifications and degree verifications for students who attended or graduated from Baruch College. Please direct all requests for enrollment verification or graduation to the Clearinghouse.
