Do you have a salesperson's or broker's license? Have you taken your 22.5 hours of continuing education credit to ensure your license remains current and renewable? The law (Article 12A) requires all licensed real estate brokers and salespersons to complete 22.5 hours of New York Department of State approved continuing education credits, including three continuing education credit hours of Human Rights and Fair Housing every two years, within the license renewal period.
