New York, NY, March 8, 2010 -- The Baruch College Field Center for Entrepreneurship will offer four free workshops for both budding entrepreneurs and established small business owners during March. Topics covered include critical elements of building a successful small business.

Wed., March 17: Mastering Your Market Opportunity
-- Marketing strategies to enhance your ability to communicate with customers, technical assistance providers, lenders and investors.

Tues., March 23: Consumer Insight through Ethnographic Research
-- Research techniques that will enable you to develop consumer insights and gain a competitive advantage.

Wed., March 24: Strategic Planning for Small Business
-- Explore the entire strategic planning process from visioning to action planning.

Thurs., March 25 Starting and Running Your LLC: Tax and Legal Considerations
-- How to start and run an LLC, including how to organize paperwork, handle day-to-day legal meetings, minutes, consents and resolutions.
