Zicklin’s Graduate Career Management Center (GCMC) is dedicated to providing Zicklin graduate students and alumni with the tools and resources necessary to successfully manage their careers, while building relationships between employers and the Baruch community to help develop talent pipelines.

The GCMC offers a suite of services including individualized career advisement and assessment, as well as strategic workshops and training, to assist graduate students and alumni in building career skills through personal branding, mock interviewing, effective communication, and successful networking techniques.

The GCMC’s employer-relations team coordinates with many employers for recruiting activities on campus and posts hundreds of jobs and internships each month on the school’s Zicklin Career Link career-management system. The team also helps organize a variety of engagement opportunities between companies and graduate students, such as corporate site visits, speaker panels, and networking events.

The Graduate Career Services' staff invites all faculty to meet with them to learn more about office activity and discuss opportunities for collaboration. Faculty, staff, and students may visit the office's website for more detailed information on their programs and the employment outcomes of Zicklin graduate students.
