This course addresses four key aspects of company operations: technology management, supply chain management, quality management, and project management. These tasks are integral features of modern operations, and can often determine firm success and failure. We shall discuss and analyze the strategic and tactical dimensions of these activities in a firm, including their rolein developing firm specific competitive advantages, theory, methods and tools, andimplementation issues.
