MTH 2610 - Calculus I

Topics to be discussed include: functions, inequalities; limits; derivatives of functions; applications to geometry and elementary economic analysis; theory of maxima and minima; antiderivatives; integration of functions; applications to geometry; fundamental theorem of calculus. (A student may receive credit for only one of the following eight courses: MTH 2011, 2201, 2205, 2206, 2207, 2600, 2610, or 2630.)
Prerequisite: MTH 2610 placement; or MTH 2001 with a grade of B or higher.
