This course focuses on how to structure and implement a successful social media marketing campaign with a focus on performance analytics. This course will discuss the various KPIs and buying models available on different platforms and what makes them unique. Next, the course will dive into the analytics process that fuels a successful campaign starting from developing automated live dashboards (for daily campaign optimization) to writing final client facing reports. The course takes a highly experiential and hands-on approach. Students will execute a social media campaign from beginning-to-end: selecting target markets, building dashboards (using state-of-the-art tools), tracking KPIs and optimizing the campaign, and writing a final report to clients.
