This course focuses on timely and relevant topics in corporate finance that arenot covered in the regular curriculum. The areas of study are determined each semester by the instructor offering the course. The course topics and additional pre- or corequisites will be announced during the preceding semester. Students may take this more than once provided that different topics are covered.
