A Baruch Executive Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations (MSILR) is offered by the Zicklin School of Business. It is designed for professionals who seek to advance their careers in the fields of human resource management and labor relations. As participants in an executive program, students benefit from the significant work experience of their peers and the facultys applied perspective that is, typically, informed by extensive practical experience.

An important feature of the Baruch Executive MSILR Program is the cohort experience: courses are offered in a predetermined sequence, and students are expected to graduate in three academic years. Candidates for the Executive MSILR are expected to have relevant professional experience in the fields of human resource management or labor relations.
