    This is the current information we have for CUNY VDI which is managed by CUNY Central.  Please update this resources when available.


    If user's experience any issues, please create a ServiceNow ticket for the user. ServiceNow tickets are created for the user's after they submit their contact information, screenshot and description of the VDI issues they are encountering via email when Baruch Technology Helpdesk cannot resolve their VDI issue after exhausting the resources below.
