1) Log into CF
2) Select Reporting Campus Solution
3) Select Reporting Tools
4) Select Query manager
5) Enter the name of the query after “Begins with” “Begins with” on the image below
6) Select the query to share by placing a checkmark under Select column.
7) Click Action
8) Select Copy to User
9) Enter 8 digit emplid into the userid User ID field
10) Click OK.
