The Baruch College calendar is used as a central location for marketing Baruch College events. , as well as for management of facilities for both public and private events.
Request for access to the calendar can be sent by unit or department head to the Office of Communications and Marketing (OCM). OCM will confirm the request and review proper user of the calendar service with the calendar administrator. Training on use of the calendar software will then be provided to the calendar administator by the BCTC.

If you are a calendar administrator and you'd like to practice using the calendarservice, the Baruch College test calendar is available at http://www.baruch.cuny.edu/calendartest/. This test calendar is only available from on campus. Request for access to the production and/or test calendar can be sent by unit or department head to the BCTC Help Desk (helpdesk@baruch.cuny.edu or x1010). Request will be confirmed with the Office of Communications and Marketing (OCM) and training will be provided by the BCTC.
