Event Description:
"How To Solve The North Korea Conundrum?" Marxe Issues Public Policy Breakfast 9/19/17

The Marxe School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College will host a conversation with Ambassador and Deputy Permanent Representative of the Republic of Korea to the United Nations, Hahn Choonghee, to discuss “How to Solve the North Korea Conundrum” on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 from 8am to 10am. The complimentary breakfast event starts promptly at 8 am. Only registered guest are admitted.

The threat of nuclear war has reached a fever pitch in recent weeks with the continuous threats and missile testing by North Korea. This poses a major global security threat and is particularly frightening to the South Korean population. This event, presented by the Marxe School’s public policy breakfast series, will feature the views of Ambassador Hahn Choonghee.

Mitchel B. Wallerstein, PhD., president of Baruch College will open the event, and David Birdsell, PhD., dean of the Marxe School, will moderate questions. Please join us for this timely and very informative occasion.
