A live discussion featuring Sidney Harman Writer-In-Residence, Xiaolu Guo with Swarthmore College Professor of Film & Media Studies, Patricia White. This live conversation with q&a centers around Guo's award-winning films We Went to Wonderland and Far & Near.
Xiaolu Guo is an award-winning Chinese-British novelist, memoirist and film-maker, who explores alienation, memory, personal and physical journeys, feminism, translation and transnational identities. She is the author of Nine Continents: A Memoir In and Out of China, recipient of the 2017 National Book Critics Circle Award.
