Event Description:

The seminar will discuss key ingredients for a successful partnership between students, organizations and colleges, as well as the benefits for each party.

How students have used internships to:

  • Develop professional skills and network; and
  • Test settings for potential careers

How organizations have used internships to:

  • Strengthen organizational capacity and programs; and
  • Develop strategic relationships with colleges and universities.

How internships are used by colleges to:

  • Build partnerships with organizations active in the fields served; and
  • Encourage the exchange of ideas – research findings and best practices.
