Event Description: Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement,” Vinyasa yoga 1 classes break down individual postures and fundamentals. We will provide personalized attention and corrections to help strengthen your practice and get you comfortable in several poses, such as Down Dog and Warrior I. This class is great for an advanced beginner or for students working to master basic postures.
Participants should dress in comfortable workout clothes and bring their own mat for these classes.
